You discussed your symptoms, medicines, and what should happen before the next follow-up.
From what you want to say beforehand to what you need to remember afterwards.
Talk or type with Companion. AI asks neutral follow-up questions and organizes what you want to bring up.
Start when the appointment begins and stay more present in the conversation. The recording is used to build your visit memory.
AssemblyAI transcribes the conversation and GPT-5.6 Luna organizes a recap, next steps, and reminders grounded in what was actually said.
Continue the current plan and follow up after the blood test.
Create a time-limited encrypted view with exactly the information you want to show a family member, friend, or healthcare professional.
Keep visits, questions, medicines, and follow-ups together across different providers.
Keep the people who matter informed without sending your entire history.
See what changed over time and return to what was actually said at earlier visits.
You initiate recordings, choose what gets shared, and can check AI-organized text against the original transcript. Companion is built to help you remember and organize—not to diagnose or replace healthcare professionals.
No visit is recorded until you start it.
Sharing creates a separate, time-limited view of what you select.
Next steps must come from the recorded visit, not new medical advice.
For people who want to arrive better prepared for healthcare visits, remember what was said afterwards, and keep questions, medications and follow-ups together across different providers. Companion can also be used together with family or trusted people through a Care Circle.
Recording laws and clinic policies vary by country and setting. Companion never starts recording automatically. Tell people you plan to record and follow the rules that apply where you are.
Companion is built for Swedish and English. Transcription and AI features follow the language you select in the app.
Companion is currently free for individual users during this stage. If the pricing model changes, we will communicate that clearly before it affects existing users.
Your information is private by default. Recordings are stored privately and AI processes information only for the features you use. You choose whether to create a temporary share or give another Companion user persistent Care Circle access.
Yes. Everyone uses their own Companion login. You can invite someone to keep informed or to help manage your care profile. A helper can also prepare a simplified profile for someone who finds apps difficult; health features stay locked until that person activates the profile themselves.
Yes. Simple mode uses larger controls and fewer choices, focusing on recording a visit, seeing past visits and reaching family. Any user can enable it, and assisted setup enables it by default.
Yes. Companion does not require EHR integration to be useful. You use it independently and can show or share the information you choose.
